Baltimore County Police are looking for a Baltimore City fire recruit who has been missing since Sunday.

Police say Rodney Goggins was last seen in the 4000-block of Rouen Road in Randallstown late Sunday morning. Relatives say Goggins then left to visit a friend who lives on Kenwood Avenue in Baltimore City. The friend told police that Goggins left her home late Sunday night, and has not been seen since.

Goggins is a black male, 20 years old, 5’6” tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a light mustache, and tattoos on his arms.

Rodney Goggins drives a black 2000 Buick with Maryland registration 8FRT68.

Baltimore City Fire spokesman Kevin Cartwright says Goggins is expected to graduate from the city fire academy in September.

Baltimore County Police are asking anyone who may have seen Goggins or his vehicle to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-1340 or 410-307-2020.
